Polyurethane sieve plate series

Polyurethane sieve plates mainly include Polyurethane comb-tooth sieve plate, polyurethane round (square) rod sieve plate, polyurethane inlay framework sieve plate, polyurethane hanging screen mesh and lining plate. Features are as follows:

(1) Various sieve plates can meet type and performance requirements of all customers.

(2) Good Physics performance, high abrasion resistance, long service life which is 3~5 timeslonger than metal sieve plate.

(3) Elastic screen mesh with low noise which is above 10db lower than metal sieve plate

(4) High efficiency and not easy to block up the hole. Especially for elastic screen surface, can screen material with high efficiency, and completely replace the ordinary sieve plate.

(5) Low quality, rational structure, easy to install and dismantle.
